The Artist's Book - A Practical Two-Day Course

Led by artist Campbell Sandilands. Over a two-day workshop, learn various techniques to create your very own inspirational artist’s book.

With carved, wooden covers and leather hinges, highlight your design with gold or silver leaf. The covers could then be lacquered or bejeweled, have your name or motif carved onto them, have holes cut of them or objects inlaid – the choice is yours. Decorate the pages with calligraphic characters and name stamps, or leave them blank for a later date.
