This charming musical is based on Hans Christian Andersen’s The Ugly Duckling.

Hatched out by his devoted mum Ida, Ugly soon learns that he is no ordinary duckling. Mocked by the other birds in the farmyard and pursued by an ever-hungry cat, Ugly embarks on an odyssey through the countryside. On his journey he meets an array of colourful characters and finds himself – and love- along the way.
