Parkinson's Dance Class
A fun and therapeutic class where people with Parkinson's disease and their carers can move to live music, meet others and share experiences.
This class is an hour and a half long and is followed by a 30 minute social in the foyer. Suitable for both men and women of all ages and their carers.

Please wear suitable attire. If this is your first time to class, leggings, light jogging trousers and a leotard, T-shirt or top that allows the instructor to see your alignment is best suited. Please note, black-soled trainers or outdoor shoes are not allowed in the studios because they damage the floors.
