A startling new version of Euripides’ Greek tragedy The Bacchae opens the trilogy and explores a society teetering on the brink of revolution.
Staged in an atmospheric industrial setting and featuring a spectacular original score, audiences are plunged into an unforgiving story of a modern city built on money and corporate greed, and exposed to a frenzied and theatrical world where Dionysus himself returns to take revenge on those that have forgotten him.
