Bob Taylor + Adela Ryle
A programme of both covers and their own compositions: songs like “Cry Me a River”, “Fever”, and “My Funny Valentine”, as well as Bob’s jazzy “Morning Time” and Adela’s lonesome blues, “Simple Song”.
Throughout, Fairtrade coffee and tea, and home-made cakes, will be on sale in the UGT’s coffee bar – which will stay open until 4pm, for the first Saturday viewing of the theatre’s latest art exhibition, featuring Lewes painter Rupert Denyer.
Bob Taylor
Bob Taylor is a Sussex-born musician, who’s both a song-writer and a virtuoso player of the guitar and the saxophone. He has performed with, among others, Paul Jones (Manfred Mann), Dave Kelly (The Blues Band), and Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac). That’s in addition to his classical compositions – and a series of solo and collaborative albums.
