Garron Frith, Mae Challis

Garron Frith is a songwriter from Greater Manchester. He has released two albums and is currently in Studio recording his third. Garron has toured the UK and Europe solo as well as opening for such acts as Peter Green, Jack Bruce, 10CC's Graham Gouldman, Midge Ure, Imelda May, Caravan, Dr Feelgood, Justin Currie (Del Amitri) and I Am Kloot (John Bramwell). In 2007 he released The Debut Album, "A Country Rock gem of an album" (Daily Express).

His second album "Away From The Bright Lights" was described as a blues folk gospel record with a nod to influences like Ronnie Lane, John Martyn and Lindsey Buckingham. It gained him new found support in the Netherlands and in the UK blues/singer-songwriter genre.

The album received positive reviews and had Radio 2 & BBC6 Music airplay and was voted best roots albums Of 2012 by Moorlands radio and best top 50 albums of the year - De Krenten Uit De Pop and made it to number 16 in the Euro Americana charts.
