Helmed by pianist Adam Wakeman (Black Sabbath & Ozzy Osbourne’s band), Jazz Sabbath explores the boundaries between jazz and the songs that defined heavy metal. Echoing already present jazz riffs and discovering new ones; transforming the songs in the process.
Some say this jazz trio plays jazz interpretations of Sabbath songs; the band claims they wrote the songs themselves in 1968.
