The Language Of Art – David Packwood

Have you ever wondered how artists create their works? This course is designed to introduce you to the many ways of learning about painting.

Though the course includes selections of art from famous museums, a significant proportion of paintings chosen will come from the Herbert. So this is both an introduction to looking at painting and a window on art at the Herbert.

Suitable for the general public, museum-goers and anybody interested in learning more about painting.
