Pure Love
Comprised of Frank Carter (former Gallows frontman) and Jim Carroll (former Hope Conspiracy guitarist). Frank has learned to sing, and the band produce well-crafted songs with mature melodies and a blend of grunge and rock and roll that still manage to be raw around the edges.

Having spent their formative years listening to bands like Braid, Hundred Reasons, The Dismemberment Plan, The Faint and Tears for Fears, Scholars certainly have influences. However, the band have honed a sound that is unmistakably Scholars. Fiercely perfectionist, possessed of a dogged work ethic and determined to avoid the mediocre, for Scholars nothing is more important than the songs.

Sharks
Following on from the debut 2008 'Shallow Waters' EP and the much acclaimed 2010 follow up 'Show Of Hands' EP, and the Radio 1 play listed single 'Sweet Harness', Sharks released their debut full length album, 'No Gods', in March 2012. Produced and recorded with Brian McTernan (Thrice, Cave In, Hot Water Music) in Baltimore at his Salad Days studio.
The band have toured the US and Europe with the likes of Tribes, Gaslight Anthem, Social Distortion, Pure Love as well as the whole of the 2011 US Warped Tour.
Sharks are: Vocals / Guitar - James Mattock; Guitar - Andy Bayliss; Drums - Samuel Lister; Bass – Carl Murrihy.
