The Bible
Formed in 1986 in Cambridge by singer/songwriter Boo Hewerdine, the band won critical acclaim for their debut mini-album 'Walking the Ghost Back Home' and singles 'Graceland' and 'Mahalia' on the independant label Backs. Following the release of second album 'Eureka', Hewerdine left to pursue solo projects in '89. The band reformed briefly in 1994 for a tour and the release of the 'Dreamlife' EP, and again in 2011 for their 25th anniversary.
