Darwin Deez + Electric Guest
In support of his brand new album, 'Songs For Imaginative People', released on February 11th, Darwin Deez will be embarking on a six date tour of the UK, starting in Brighton at Concorde 2 on the day of album release and ending in Glasgow on February 16th at Oran Mor.

New Yorker Darwin Deez is influenced by other New York artists such as The Strokes and The Mouldy Peaches. Darwin Deez began his career by performing at open-mic nights in New York, in the same cafes where Regina Spektor and Adam Green would often play. Deez has followed his own quixotic path and has quickly become a bona fide pop star on his own terms. He continues on his one man mission to improve the world through his particular streak of curiously addictive pop songs and bursts of gloriously unfettered synchronized dancing.

Electric Guest are Asa Taccone and Matthew Compton, as well as a variety of live accompanying players. The band have played only a handful of shows in their headquarters of Los Angeles, but are already generating a lot of buzz.
