Four-piece rock band from the South West including former members of Osmium, Bogus Gas Man and Broken Aura, who have gained airplay from no lesser genius than John Peel.

Krankschaft
During 1980, Inner City Unit played a month long residency at London's Marquee Club, Hawkwind's Robert Calvert was the support act for each show, members of ICU would don masks and become "Krankschaft". 20 years after Robert's death, Krankschaft recorded an album of his songs as a tribute; "The Flame Red Superstar". This lead to live shows, some with Nik Turner as a reconstituted Inner City Unit. A second original album "Song Poems" was released in 2011. Looks like they're a band again!
