Sweat For Sue

A fitness event in aid of Sue Ryder, a charity that helps provide care for those with incurable illnesses. All class fees will be donated straight to the charity.

Saturday:

10:00am - 11:00am Pilates
11:15am - 12:15pm Body Conditioning
1:00pm - 2:00pm Zumba
2:15pm - 3:15pm Aerobics
3:30pm - 4:30pm Yoga

Sunday:

10:00am - 11:00am Pilates
11:15am - 12:15pm Dance Fitness
1:00pm - 2:00pm Aerobics
2:15pm - 3:15pm Body Burn
3:30pm - 4:30pm Yoga
