Dexys head out on the 'One Day I'm Going To Soar' UK tour this Autumn.
The show will include the live performance of the new album in its entirety, followed by a few Dexys favourites!
Dexys
One of the most experimental and original British bands of the early 80's, Kevin Rowland and company first broke big on the scene with no 1 hit 'Geno' in 1980. Always controversial, DMR played with pop, soul, folk and Celtic influences while constantly reshuffling the band and fighting the record companies. Now, having dropped the 'Midnight Runners', the band are back in 2012 with their fourth studio album, 'One Day I'm Going To Soar'. Featuring Kevin Rowland, Mick Talbot on keyboards, Pete Williams on bass and Jim Paterson on trombone, along with Neil Hubbard and Tim Cansfield on guitars, Madeleine Hyland on vocals, Lucy Morgan on viola and Ben Trigg leading the string section.
