Bellowhead announce a new 10 date UK tour for April 2015!

Tickets for Bellowhead concerts tend to get snapped up as soon as they go on sale, and no wonder – when these 11 musicians get together for a live show the combination of brilliant musicianship, musical co-operation and a group of people having the time of their life on stage has proved compelling.

Bellowhead’s almighty, anarchic and fun-filled performances have led to them playing shows around the UK, Europe and North America, regularly winning accolades, including Best Live Act at the Radio 2 Folk Awards an unprecedented five times. They started their 10th anniversary in 2014 with a sell-out date at the Royal Albert Hall and a performance for Radio 2 in Hyde Park - and this follows the release of the biggest selling trad folk album of the year, ‘Revival’ - also Bellowhead’s first album with the prestigious Island Records.

Always full of surprises, the group has also teamed up with the 200 year old independent brewery Harveys to produce their very own ‘Revival’ ale. The ale has been available at pubs local to the tour venues. It’s not all been about the beer though. Bellowhead band members have gone straight from their gigs to local pubs where they’ve generated popular after-show music sessions, regenerating interest once again in the source and life-blood of traditional music.
