The 66th Bradford (Yorkshire) Festival Of Remembrance
Bradford Theatres are pleased to host this year’s Bradford Festival of Remembrance at St George’s Hall, the UK’s premiere concert hall. After the success of last years event, we are delighted to welcome back Chris Chittell [Eric Pollard in ITV’s Emmerdale] as the Compère for the evening.
We have a wonderful variety of local acts including The Sarah Packham Theatre School, The City of Bradford Brass Band, soprano Claire McKay & 1224 (Wharfedale) Squadron ATC Drum Section.
We are especially pleased to welcome The Choir of St John’s Church of England Primary School, who were the winners of the 2011 Bradford & District Schools Choir Competition hosted by Bradford Theatres.
The event will end with a Parade of Standards, community singing led by Claire McKay and a Service of Remembrance. Be part of something special and join your community for the 66th annual Bradford Festival of Remembrance.
