Elaine Paige

The first lady of Musical Theatre, Elaine Paige, embarks on her farewell tour in 2014. After 50 years of entertaining theatres in some of the world's best productions this is to be her final tour.

Elaine said; 'I’ve thought long and hard about this decision, but feel this landmark event, my 50th Anniversary, is a good time to bid adieu. I’m really look forward to seeing everyone – it’ll be As If We Never Said Goodbye!'

Elaine has performed in concerts worldwide from The White House to The Great Hall of the People in Beijing, from the Bolshoi to Sydney Opera House. Since starting her career 50 years ago, the plaudits have accumulated, and have included several Lifetime Achievement Awards, an OBE for services to Musical Theatre and various Best Actress Awards. She has a long running show on BBC Radio 2 which delights over 2 million listeners every Sunday with music from stage and screen.
