Never miss another 'To Kill A King' show
To Kill A King
A folk-inspired five piece with comparisons being made from Keane to Arcade Fire. To Kill A King’s songs begin with lead singer Ralph Pelleymounter’s acoustic compositions, around which the band work in drums, bass, electric guitar, synth and other instruments. They focus on Pelleymounter’s lyrical narrative, with accompaniments ranging from tender instrumentals to climactic orchestral passages including strings, brass and five-part harmonies.

Spring Offensive
Oxford five-piece Spring Offensive put time and consideration into everything; from unique shows in churches, museums, art galleries and WWII bunkers, to self-directed music videos and handprinted releases, not to mention the dynamic range and lush harmonies that are the trademarks of their songwriting. It's not gone unnoticed, with plays on 6Music and XFM, plus a playlist spot on Radio 1, while Clash lauded them 'One of the best new bands to come out of Oxford'. They are BBC Introducing in Oxford's Band of the Year, a title previously held by the likes of Stornoway and Fixers.

Fitz
Singer/Songwriter Sam Fitzpatrick fronts a collective of musicians and friends performing sincere and intricate acoustic/alternative folksong. With their wistfully folky sound, these boys bring a special sort of energy to their music, gracefully waltzing between the "get up and dance" and the "sit down and listen".
"Ace" - NME
"That's the way to do it!"
- Tom Robinson, BBC 6Music
"When you aren't listening to the lyrics you are transfixed with the music."
- Live Music Scene
