Blue Orange Arts, with support from the Big Lottery, are proud to offer a series of free comedy workshops to people with physical disabilities.

Laugh-Able: Enabling the Disabled is an exciting new project delivered by Blue Orange Arts ltd. The project will work with physically disabled adults from Birmingham in a series of 10 free comedy workshops. The workshops will use comedy techniques, drama, writing, devising, improvising and role play exercises to facilitate the participants in self-expression, development of self-confidence, communication skills and motivation.

The focus of the project is to address issues around social exclusion, disability, isolation, unemployment, mental health, language barriers and culture divisions in an enjoyable and relaxed environment.
