CBSO Family Concert - The Mad Hatter's Tea Party: City Of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO)
Tumble down the rabbit hole this afternoon, and join the CBSO for the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. Special effects aren't needed to conjure up the mad magical world of Alice in Wonderland – the music will do all the work. Whilst Berlioz and Mussorgsky make things shrink and become super-sized in their music, plus Alice and the Cheshire Cat appear in music by Debussy and Leroy Anderson. And who knows what time it is inside Symphony Hall? Curiouser and curiouser!
Free craft workshops and music in the foyers from 1:30pm. Why not come dressed up as a character from Alice in Wonderland?
