The University’s Malaysian & Singaporean students present a retelling of the Brunei legend of Jong Batu.
When a son returns to his homeland with newfound wealth, he looks forward to introducing his mother to his glamorous new wife. The meeting doesn’t go to plan, and he is forced to make a painful decision.
This ancient tale of romance and piety is brought vividly to life in a night filled with music, drama and dance.
